Our salt room experience is a private, calming space designed for rest and quiet connection, perfect for those seeking the benefits of dry salt therapy. The room comfortably accommodates up to four guests and is always reserved just for you, ensuring that unless you choose to book with others, you’ll never share the space with strangers.


The salt room is cleaned between each guest and is naturally antimicrobial, thanks to the mineral-rich environment that salt provides, creating a clean and refreshing space for you to relax. Settle into a reclining chair, put your feet up, and snuggle under a soft blanket. For extra comfort, we offer warmed weighted shoulder wraps to help your body fully unwind during your halotherapy session.


Our salt room experience is beneficial for all ages, making it the perfect peaceful activity for the whole family. Children are always more than welcome to come and enjoy the healing benefits of dry salt therapy, and we offer a discounted rate for children thirteen and under when they visit with an adult.

Halotherapy, or dry salt therapy, uses a medical-grade device called a halogenerator to grind pure sodium chloride into microscopic particles and disperse them into the air. These fine salt particles are inhaled deep into the respiratory system, where they may help reduce airway inflammation, thin mucus, and support the bodies natural respiratory and immune defenses. 

During your session, you'll relax in a comfortable reclining chair inside our private salt room while a halogenerator disperses microscopic salt particles into the air. The room is designed to feel calming and restorative, with calming music, and warm soft lighting. You'll be offered water, a soft blanket, and warm weighted shoulder wrap for added comfort. You're encouraged to simply breathe, unwind, and rest - many guests read, meditate, or even nap while the salt infused air supports relaxation and respiratory wellness. 

Wear whatever feels comfortable! Most guests choose light cozy clothing, easy to relax in. Some choose to wear shorts and shirts that expose more skin to get the healing benefits on their skin, especially if they are suffering from Eczema, Psoriasis, or just want the after salt skin glow.
